The Process

Scope and Feasibility

Meet with our project manager Tim, to discuss the overall scope of your renovation. You will go into detail about information such as: what particular features are most important to you, project deadlines, budget, and specific design considerations. We will provide you with an estimate for the total cost of the project to make sure it fits within your budget.

Design

We will help you to design the space to fit your style, budget, and requirements. If necessary, we can engage our partnered interior designers, colour specialists, or kitchen designers to assist us. We can also provide working drawings for extensive or structural works and obtain building permits. Together we will choose materials, methods, colours and fixtures. Once everything has been finalised, we will give you a firm price.

Construct

Our project manager Tim will oversee your renovation, organising and scheduling trades. You will be provided with a rough schedule and be updated throughout the project. Our trades have been selected for their ability to cooperate, team mindedness, and competitive rates. They will help us to deliver our project. Throughout the process, our project manager will check the quality of work and ensure the project continues smoothly.

Inspection and Handover

We will conduct a final inspection alongside yourself to make sure that all the work complies with Australian Standards and to make sure you are happy. You will be provided with any relevant certificates and warranties.

Mix and Match

If you're looking to be more involved in the process, have your own designs in mind, or have your own designer, we are happy to discuss what is currently and what we can leave out of our package.
